To be installed on Chef’sCombi electric 6 and 10 level GN1/1. This hood uses advanced condensation technology to effectively capture grease particles and water vapour, ensuring a cleaner and safer working environment.

Our hood has two adjustable extractor speeds for quiet, efficient operation. It starts automatically at low speed as soon as the Chef’sCombi is switched on, switching to high speed when the oven door is opened, ensuring optimum and rapid extraction of vapours at every stage of cooking.
Integrated LED lighting.
Fitted with two removable machine-washable shock filters, our hood is easy to clean regularly, ensuring optimum performance over the long term.
